Real Sound Lab: the latest technology for loudspeaker equalization

From simple ideas to a perfect solution in one, easy step

Real Sound Lab is a Latvian company that has developed a unique technology to measure and correct sound quality without a laboratory, automatically reproducing sound that’s extremely close to the source material. The technology is patented in Latvia and worldwide.

Called CONEQ, this technology measures and equalizes the acoustic power frequency response (AFPR) of loudspeakers. Invented and produced by Real Sound Lab, it’s both a concrete product and a technological solution that can be utilized in any speaker system. CONEQ permits the correction of any speaker, enhancing the clarity and musicality of voice or sound thanks to a system that identifies and minimizes linear distortion.

Real Sound Lab received one of Latvia’s most prestigious national awards for this innovation. The importance of the invention on a global scale was recognized when Real Sound Lab became the only eastern European company invited to participate in Silicon Valley’s VentureWire Technology Showcase. The technology has attracted attention from tech investors, and Real Sound Lab’s CONEQ is used by some of the top brands in sound – MiCasa Multimedia (for the movie Hellboy 2), Hitachi, JVC Kenwood, Panasonic Corporation, Community Professional Loudspeakers and other leading companies. Real Sound Lab also specializes in providing sound for large-scale events.
